Smartweb Infotech is a Miami property management company that has been helping people find, rent and look after their homes since 2014. We manage more than 350 homes across Miami-Dade and Broward — from studio apartments in Brickell to family villas in Coral Gables — and we look after them as if they were our own.
Our story
We started with three apartments, one office desk and a simple idea: renting a home should not be stressful. Our founder had spent years as a tenant in Miami and knew how frustrating it was to chase a landlord about a broken air conditioner in August, or to wait weeks for a deposit to come back. So we built a company around the things tenants and owners actually care about — clear prices, fast repairs and someone who answers the phone.
Word spread quickly. Owners asked us to look after their second homes, then their investment portfolios. Today our team of 18 people manages homes in more than 20 Miami neighbourhoods, and over 90% of our tenants renew their lease with us.
In 2021 we moved everything online. Tenants can now book a viewing, apply, sign their lease, pay rent and report repairs from their phone, and owners can see their income, expenses and inspection reports at any time. The paperwork has gone — the personal service has stayed.

- Honesty first. Every listing has real photos, the real price and the real availability. If a home has a quirk, we tell you before you visit.
- Homes, not units. A property is someone's home. We keep it safe, clean and well maintained, and we treat the people who live there with respect.
- Fast, visible help. Most repair requests are answered within 24 hours, and you can follow every step in your tenant account.
- Fair for everyone. Owners get reliable tenants and a well-kept property; tenants get a fair rent and a responsive landlord. Both should win.

The team behind your home
Our team is small enough that you will get to know us, and big enough that someone is always available. You will deal with the same people from your first viewing to the day you move out:
- Leasing team — shows homes, answers questions and guides you through your application.
- Property managers — your main contact for anything about your home and your lease.
- Maintenance team — our own electricians, plumbers and handymen, plus trusted local contractors for bigger jobs.
- Accounts team — rent, deposits, receipts and monthly owner statements.
