By using this website and our online booking service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Rental conditions are set out separately in our rental terms and conditions.
1. Using the website
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- Provide accurate information when you book, and keep your booking link private: it gives access to your booking details.
- Do not try to interfere with the website, scrape it automatically, or gain access to other people's bookings.
2. Prices, availability and errors
Prices and availability change in real time and are confirmed only when your booking is accepted. If we find an obvious pricing or availability error after you book, we will tell you and offer to correct, move or cancel the booking with a full refund.
3. Payments
Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By paying you also agree to their terms. A booking that requires payment is held for a limited time; if payment is not completed in that time, it is released automatically.
4. Reviews
If you leave a review it must be truthful and respectful. We may reply publicly, and we may remove reviews that contain abuse, personal data or irrelevant content. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on our website.
5. Intellectual property
The website's text, images and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to view and share your own bookings, but not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.
6. Links to other websites
We may link to maps, payment pages or partners. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Limits of liability
We provide the website "as is" and work hard to keep it available, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything the law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Changes
