RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Renter and drivers. The renter and any additional driver named in this agreement confirm they are at least 21 years old (25 for luxury, sports vehicles and motorcycles), hold a valid full driving licence for at least one year and have given us true information. Only named drivers may drive the vehicle.
Rental period. The rental starts and ends at the dates and times shown. Rental is charged in 24-hour periods. If the vehicle is returned late, the late-return charge in this agreement applies after a 30-minute grace period, up to a full additional day per day of delay.
Payment and deposit. The renter pays the rental price, add-ons, taxes and any charges due under this agreement. A refundable security deposit is held at pick-up and released after a clean return, less any amounts the renter owes.
Condition of the vehicle. The vehicle is delivered in the condition recorded on the inspection and damage diagram signed by both parties, with the fuel level and mileage shown. The renter must return it in the same condition, apart from normal wear.
Fuel and mileage. Return the vehicle with the same fuel or charge level. Missing fuel is charged at the pump price plus a service fee. The included mileage is 200 km per day; extra kilometres are charged at $0.35 each.
Permitted use. The vehicle must be driven carefully and lawfully, and must not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, driving tuition, or carrying passengers or goods for payment. Smoking is not allowed. Travel outside Florida requires written permission; travel outside the United States is prohibited.
Insurance and damage. The vehicle is covered by liability insurance and collision damage waiver, with the excess stated in this agreement. Cover is void if the vehicle is driven by an unnamed driver, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or used in breach of this agreement. The renter is responsible for loss or damage not covered, for tyres, glass and underbody damage unless the premium package was bought, and for the insurance excess.
Accidents and breakdowns. The renter must report any accident, theft, vandalism or breakdown immediately and within 24 hours, obtain a police report where required, never admit liability and follow our instructions. The renter must not arrange repairs without our approval.
Fines, tolls and charges. The renter is responsible for all fines, tickets, parking and tolls during the rental, and authorises us to pay them, to charge them with an administration fee to the card or deposit, and to give the renter's details to the authorities.
Keys and documents. The renter must keep the vehicle locked and the keys secure. Lost keys or documents are charged at replacement cost plus a call-out fee.
Termination. We may end this agreement and collect the vehicle at the renter's cost if the renter breaks these terms, provides false information or uses the vehicle unlawfully.
Data protection. We process the renter's personal data to perform this agreement, as explained in our privacy policy, including photos taken at pick-up and return and, where a vehicle has a tracker, its location during the rental.
Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida. By signing, the renter confirms they have read, understood and accepted these terms.
