Land, collect your keys and go: how our airport desk works.
After a long flight the last thing you want is a long queue. Our Airport Terminal branch is set up to get you in the car quickly, whatever time you land.
Before you fly
- Add your flight number to the booking. We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing never costs you your car.
- Complete the rental agreement online with the link in your confirmation email.
- Have your driving licence, passport and the card used for the deposit ready in your hand luggage.
When you land
Follow the signs to Rental Cars on the arrivals level. Our desk is next to baggage claim. Show your documents, we take the deposit, and an agent walks you to the car, usually in less than ten minutes.
Opening hours
The Airport Terminal desk is open daily from 6 am to midnight. For arrivals outside these hours, tell us in advance and we will arrange a late handover.
Returning the car
Return it to the same desk. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before you need to be at check-in for domestic flights and an hour for international ones, so that the inspection never stresses you. Fill up the tank at a nearby station and keep the receipt.
One-way rentals
You can collect at the airport and return to our Downtown Hub or the Beach Road Depot, and the other way around. A small transfer fee applies and is shown before you pay.
