Privacy & your data

When you apply or join the talent community we keep the details you give us: name, contact details, resume, answers to our questions, and anything you upload later. We also keep a record of what happens to your application (stages, interviews, messages).

Only to process your application and, if you agreed, to contact you about future openings. We do not sell your data.

We keep applications for as long as they are useful for hiring and delete them when you ask us to.

Our recruiters may use AI tools to summarise resumes or suggest how well a profile matches a role. These are only suggestions: people make every hiring decision.
