Frequently asked questions
Quick answers for candidates.
How do I apply for a job?
Open the job you like, press "Apply now", fill in the short form and upload your resume. It takes about three minutes and you do not need an account.
Can I track the status of my application?
Yes. After you apply you receive an email with a private link to your application page, where you can see each stage. You can also request a new link on the "Track my application" page.
How long does the hiring process take?
Most roles take two to four weeks from application to offer. We tell you what happens next after every step, so you are never left guessing.
What does the interview process look like?
Typically a short phone screen, one or two interviews with the team and, for some roles, a practical task or assessment. You can read the details on the "How we hire" page.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Absolutely. Apply to every role that fits your skills. We will consider you for each one separately.
Do you offer remote or hybrid work?
Many of our roles are fully remote and others are hybrid. Each job lists its location and work arrangement clearly.
Will you keep my details if I am not selected?
With your consent we keep your profile in our talent pool so we can contact you about future roles. You can ask us to delete your data at any time from your application page.
What if I need adjustments during the process?
Tell us what you need, whether it is extra time, a different format or accessible tools. We are happy to adapt.
Do you sponsor work visas?
For selected roles we support visa sponsorship and relocation. If it is available, the job description says so.
How do I set up job alerts?
Use the "Get job alerts" form on the careers site, choose a category or keyword and we will email you when matching jobs are published.
Is there a probation period?
Yes, most employment contracts include a three to six month probation period with regular check-ins.
Who can I contact with questions?
Write to us from the contact page or reply to any email you receive from the recruiting team. A real person will answer.
