Who can apply for a loan?
Anyone aged 18 or over with a regular income, a valid photo ID and proof of address in Illinois, California, Texas or Florida. Business loans also need basic trading records.
How long does a decision take?
Most personal, car and education loans are reviewed within one working day once we have your documents. Business and mortgage loans can take a few days because we value the security.
Which documents do I need?
Photo ID, proof of address and proof of income. You can upload them from your phone after registering, so there is nothing to print.
How are repayments made?
Monthly. You can pay online by card, with PayPal, in the mobile app, by bank transfer or in cash at any branch. We send a reminder before each due date.
What happens if I miss a payment?
A small late fee applies after the grace period for your loan type. If you are struggling, call us before the due date: we would rather agree a plan than chase you.
Can I repay my loan early?
Yes, at any time and without an early-repayment fee. Interest stops on the amount you repay, and we will tell you the exact settlement figure.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Documents are stored encrypted, access is limited to the staff handling your loan, and you can protect your online account with two-factor sign-in.
Is there a fee to apply?
No. Enquiring, applying and getting a decision are free. The cost of a loan is the interest shown on the loan page and in your agreement.
Do you offer loans for businesses?
Yes. Business loans from $5,000 to $150,000 for equipment, stock or working capital, with interest only on the balance you still owe.
