Smartweb Finance opened its first branch on Market Street in Springfield in 2014. We started with one idea: a loan should be easy to understand before you sign it, and easy to manage afterwards.
Today we have five branches in Illinois, California, Texas and Florida, a team of 14, and more than 8,400 customers who have borrowed for homes, cars, studies, weddings and small businesses.
We still answer the phone, we still explain every term, and we still believe the best advertising is a customer who tells a friend.
